1. App usage
Casino Ajax Queue is a lifestyle companion for viewing simulated waits, planning an evening route, creating local reservations, and tracking visits. You agree to use the App lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the App except as allowed by law
- Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes
- Attempt to disrupt or misuse the App
- Present simulator data as an official live Casino Ajax property feed
2. Intellectual property
All software, visuals, copy, branding, and design elements in the App are owned or licensed by CASINO AJAX QUEUE LTD. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control.
3. Privacy and data
The App does not require an account. Preferences, plans, bookings, and guest contact fields may be stored locally. See our Privacy Policy for details.
4. No live property guarantee
Live Board metrics are simulated on device for planning and demonstration. They may not reflect real-time conditions at Casino Ajax. Always follow on-site guidance from property staff.
5. Reservations
Reservation records created in the App are stored locally for your organization. They do not automatically confirm a table or service with the venue unless a separate, real-world confirmation exists. Treat in-app bookings as personal planning tools unless the property tells you otherwise.
6. Age suitability
The App is intended for users 13+. It does not provide gambling services or real-money wagering.
7. No medical or professional claims
The App is for general lifestyle planning only. It is not medical, legal, or financial advice.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, accuracy of simulated status, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CASINO AJAX QUEUE LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, time, or opportunity arising from your use of the App.
10. Changes
We may update the App and these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App and delete it.
